Remote Monitoring: Our remote software allows us to know the moment a device or workstation in your network has gone down, alerting us to potential threats or immediate concerns. Don’t take chances; give your network the protection it needs.
Managed Backups: Our thorough backup policy will check your backups regularly for functionality and errors. Test restores will be performed and we’ll make sure multiple forms of backups (redundancies) are in place such as onsite, offsite, and backup imaging for emergency system recoveries.
Monthly Tune-ups: Our remote software can also perform diagnostics and tune ups without interrupting your employees or slowing them down.
Network Infrastructure: Management, maintenance, and repair of network equipment including switches, router, firewall, Ethernet, LAN adapters, document printers, and wireless access points.
Domain Administration: Management and configuration of domain users, passwords, password resets, network shares, access permissions and group policies and the configuration of network server roles in the domain environment. Eg. DHCP, DNS, QOS, VOIP
Desktop and Server Break/Fix: Maintenance, repair, and replacement of operating systems and hardware for all computers such as Windows OS, hard disk drives, solid state drives, power supplies, motherboards, heat sinks, LCD screens, mice, keyboards, and sound.
Applications Administration: Installation, configuration and maintenance of applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), QuickBooks, Windows Server OS, Cloud Based Applications, Email and most any other application, just ask.
Network Documentation: Documentation of all devices connected on the local network, all passwords such as application, web-portals, email, QuickBooks and other domain user accounts can be documented with the client’s consent. Any credentials not supplied to our level 2 techs should be documented and secured by the client.
